Today I want to share with everyone my new holy grail product! Do you have any discoloration on your skin, any acne you'd like to be able to conceal better, or in my case, any redness you want to cover? Today I am talking about the IT Cosmetics 'Bye Bye Redness. This is a neutralizing cream product that will cancel out any redness and help cover imperfections on the skin. I cannot rave enough about this product!

Hello, hello! Today's post, I wanted to share my thoughts on the brand Colourpop cosmetics. I recently made a purchase from them including a Lippystick set and some eyeshadows from their collab with Shaaanxo. If you're anything involved with the beauty community, especially on Instagram or Youtube, then you should have heard of this Southern California based cosmetic brand. If not, then here are a few tidbits: their products are made in the USA, LA to be exact, not tested on animals, and budget friendly ... I mean super budget friendly, $5 for an eyeshadow or lippystick each! And as from experience, most of the time budget friendly cosmetics will be great on your wallet, but not your face. Well this is not the case with these products ladies and gents! They are amazing for the quality and price. Keep reading for my further review :) Hello again! I wanted to share a separate post with you, all about my photoshoot from class! The last week of our program, we had two days blocked out for our class photoshoot. Our class was equally split between the two days -- one day you create your makeup looks and shoot on camera, then the day you're not doing that you're assisting your fellow artists! This was great as well because most of the time in this industry, at some point you probably will be assisting someone else and knowing what to expect really helps to prepare! I had my photoshoot on the second day and assisted the first.
Earlier this month, I officially became a certified MUA taught under the MUD (or makeup designory) certified program. I am beyond ecstatic to share what I've learned and my experience with my short time there. The program was only 4 weeks long and in that time, we went over pretty much everything any makeup artist could specialize in and what you should know when working on people's faces. So much! but before I go into some detail'd posts, I just wanted to share some pictures of my creations in class. Please if you have questions, let me know by email or by commenting below! I'd love to hear from some viewers :) If you also want a more in-depth look at my recent creations, check out my Instagram: @emeliabbyxo! ~xoxo (Left to right, top/bottom: Character makeup, Avant garde, Glamour, Natural, Special fx)
